General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Interlog Solutions complies with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”). This regulation sets out specific safeguards, obligations, and protections regarding the processing of personal data, both for your company, as the “Data Controller” (“Controller”), and for Interlog Solutions, as the “Processor”.
As part of the current contracts or proposals (jointly referred to as the “Contract”), Interlog Solutions undertakes to comply with the GDPR, as described below:
Legal Compliance:
Interlog Solutions will ensure compliance with applicable personal data protection laws, in particular the GDPR, regarding the processing of data on behalf of the Controller, in accordance with the provisions of the Contract which establish the purpose, duration, nature, and objective of the processing, the type of personal data, the categories of data subjects, as well as the obligations and rights of the Controller.
Processing in Accordance with Instructions:
Interlog Solutions guarantees that personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Contract and the documented instructions of the Controller, in compliance with legal requirements.
Sub-processing:
Interlog Solutions undertakes to subcontract the processing of personal data to third parties only under the conditions defined in the Contract and only after obtaining the Controller’s specific or general prior written authorization.
Confidentiality:
Interlog Solutions will ensure that its employees and any authorized individuals involved in the processing of personal data are bound by appropriate legal obligations of confidentiality, notably through signed confidentiality agreements.
Assistance to the Controller:
Depending on the nature, scope, purpose, and objective of the contracted services, Interlog Solutions will, if necessary, provide assistance and cooperation to the Controller through appropriate technical and organizational measures, enabling the Controller to fulfill its obligations to respond to data subject requests.
Security of Processing:
Interlog Solutions will assist the Controller, depending on the nature of the processing and the information available to it, to ensure GDPR compliance, particularly with regard to processing security and the notification of personal data breaches.
Audits:
Interlog Solutions will facilitate and contribute to audits, including inspections, conducted by the Controller, a mandated auditor, or entities with legal authority and oversight.
Record of Processing Activities:
Interlog Solutions will maintain a written record (including in electronic form) of the processing activities carried out on behalf of the Controller.
Breach Notification:
Interlog Solutions will notify the Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach.
End of Service:
At the end of the service related to processing, Interlog Solutions will, at the Controller’s discretion, delete or return all personal data, and delete any existing copies, unless retention is required by national or European Union law.
Data Protection Officer (DPO):

Interlog Solutions emphasizes the necessity for the Controller to take the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure compliance with the regulation, ensuring that the processing of personal data is lawful, fair, transparent, and limited to authorized purposes, by adopting all appropriate measures to guarantee the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data, as well as all other rights of data subjects.
